Grind Size Guide:
Please select your preferred grind size from the variants:
- WHOLE BEANS: Roasted beans to be ground at home before brewing.
- COARSE GRIND: Best for French Press, Cold Drip, Chemex, or Cupping.
- MEDIUM GRIND: Best for Pour Over (V60, Kalita), or Vietnam Drip.
- FINE GRIND: Best for Manual Espresso, Pressurized Espresso machines, Moka Pot, Syphon, or Kopi Tubruk.
Note for Espresso Users: For non-pressurized espresso machines, we highly recommend ordering Whole Beans so you can calibrate the grind size specifically to your machine for optimal results.
Pressurized vs. Unpressurized Machines:
- Pressurized: Uses a basket with a single small hole at the bottom to create artificial pressure. It is user-friendly and more tolerant of different grind sizes.
- Unpressurized: Uses a basket with many holes covering the bottom. Pressure is created naturally by the coffee puck. This produces professional-quality extraction but requires a precise, fine, and stable grind.
