1. General Eligibility
You may apply for a refund or return within 7 days of the product arriving at your address. To be eligible, your request must include:

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or official order confirmation.

The Unboxing Video: A clear, un-cut and un-edited video of you opening the package for the first time. This video is mandatory for all claims.
2. Seller Errors (Incorrect Items)
If the mistake is on our part (e.g., you ordered Whole Beans but received Grinded Coffee), you are entitled to a full refund, return, or product exchange.

Shipping Fees: In cases of seller error, Summerfield Roastery will cover all shipping costs for the return and exchange.

Requirement: The un-cut unboxing video is required to verify the discrepancy.
3. Missing Items
If your order is incomplete (e.g., you ordered 2 packs but only 1 pack arrived):

You must provide the no-cut unboxing video showing the contents of the package as it was opened.

Once verified, we will immediately ship the missing item or provide a partial refund.
